The Lab operates as a third space, research collective, and consulting platform for Black women building across disciplines, sectors, and stages of life. Our community includes 750+ Black women across North America, Africa, and Europe who are building scholarship, creative practice, businesses, and new ways of being in community.

To advance belonging, motivation, and collective power for Black women scholars, creatives, and entrepreneurs.

We envision a world where Black women have the community, infrastructure, visibility, and support to grow ideas, shape knowledge, build institutions, and thrive on our own terms.
